Now, If I Create A Char. And He Dies, Do I Have To Restart Him, Or Can I Create A New One?

He stays dead until the next day in real time. You keep the same character and when i ressurect him, he starts back at his kingdom's capitol city. You keep the same character, you just lose your dignity

Would a standard issue Dungeons and Dragons Ring of invisibility count as minor magic? Basic rules of invisibility being

No attacking or you become visible.

You still leave signs of passage. (footprints, broken branches if in the forest, sounds of footsteps)

While invisible, you're not intangible. You're still solid, you simply can't be seen.

If someone is trying to detect magics being used in the area, you show up. Like a road flare.
